Overview:
Beginning Friday, March 8, 2024, ITS will apply critical Oracle patches to the PROD & IRDMPRD databases. These critical security updates ensure our data remains protected. The maintenance will run until Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. During the patch process, there will be a brief interruption to all services that connect to the Oracle databases.
Benefit: Upgrading the Oracle PROD & IRDMPRD will ensure our databases remain secure.
What Can You Expect:
The following applications and services will not be available during upgrading:

- Budget AO - Executive Dashboard (Tableau Cloud)
- CEL Shopping Cart
- Class Schedule
- Data refresh for HR_INTERFACE object
- Data refresh for OneCard
- Data refresh for some OnBase MVs
- Directory Search
- Division of Student Life (DSL) GatorX DataMart
- Email Account Services
- Grade Exceptions
- Metro College Data Feed to SalesForce Cloud.
- MV refresh for Academic Technology
- MV refresh for Follett Bookstore
- MV refresh for usage of Web Team, such as those CR objects
- Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) Data Feed to InfoED Cloud
- Password Change / Reset
- Pre-Requisite Roster
- SF State ID lookup
- Short Term Loan
- University Advancement CRM DataMart (BlackBaud Cloud)
