I texted Arsenio with a general question about fixing an Sponsored Award Key Setup. He explained the process clearly and in detail, making it's easy for me to understand. He also provided me an update on the setup ticket status, even though the ticket was not submitted by me. Since this setup issue will affect certain accounting procedures, now we are able to assess the potential impact.

Arsenio is always a pleasure to work with and can always be counted on to help UCorp out with any issues we have. He is also proactive in looking out for auxiliaries on campus and notifying them immediately regarding any changes to the system that may affect us. I wish we could clone him :)
